ASCA Qualification & Insurance
Our nutrition services are provided under the ASCA qualification. This means that, depending on the client’s insurance provider, they may be eligible to claim reimbursement for these services through their complementary health insurance.
However, it is entirely the client’s responsibility to verify whether their insurance will cover the cost of these services. We strongly recommend that clients check with their insurance provider prior to booking an appointment. Sanna Life cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies between what the insurance provider states and what is ultimately reimbursed.
Even if an insurance company initially confirms that a service will be reimbursed, Sanna Life assumes no liability if the claim is later rejected. Clients accept full responsibility for payment of services, regardless of insurance outcomes.
Â
Professional Conduct
As per Swiss law and the rules governing nutrition professionals, we maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct. Any information shared by clients is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of providing the services requested.
We do not offer medical diagnoses or treatment. Our services complement but do not replace professional medical advice. Clients must provide complete and accurate health information to receive appropriate recommendations.
Health Disclaimer: All advice and services provided by Sanna Life should be considered as guidance for health and wellness. They are not a substitute for medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a licensed healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, lifestyle, or treatment plan.
